Dessert Hummus Two Ways

Brownie & Cookie Dough Dessert HummusCookie Dough:

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained (optional: peeled)
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2-4 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Brownie:

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
