Count this quesadilla in as one of those recipes! With just three ingredients and only 10 minutes to make, this recipe is definitely a quick and easy crowd pleaser! It’s also a healthy, filling choice packed with healthy fats from the olives, protein from the cheese and whole grains from the tortilla. Add in a side of veggies and you’ve got yourself a meal!
Another bonus – thanks to the olives (we used “olive bar” olives packed with flavour), this recipe actually tastes a lot like a pizza! We wouldn’t say no to dipping this in marinara sauce the next time we make it. If you do, let us know how it goes!
